Hi there! My name is Angela and I am the creator of Oh She Glows. I have a 'contagious' enthusiasm for all things health, nutrition, fitness, fashion, and beauty. I created OSG's because I am constantly asked how I was able to maintain a 25-30 pound weight loss since university. I want to show others that it IS possible to live a healthy lifestyle and not deprive yourself! I am also training for my first half marathon in May 2009 so you will see lots of running on this blog too. Totally amazed by your site!! Very well done, I was born and raised in Ontario! Just moved to Manitoba actually (very very cold) I love your site! Just came off of a 20 pound weight loss and only another 15 to go! Your very inspiring, keep up the great work!
