Hi there! My name is Angela and I am the creator of Oh She Glows. I have a 'contagious' enthusiasm for all things health, nutrition, fitness, fashion, and beauty. I created OSG's because I am constantly asked how I was able to maintain a 25-30 pound weight loss since university. I want to show others that it IS possible to live a healthy lifestyle and not deprive yourself! I am also training for my first half marathon in May 2009 so you will see lots of running on this blog too.
