Hi there! My name is Angela and I am the creator of Oh She Glows. I have a 'contagious' enthusiasm for all things health, nutrition, fitness, fashion, and beauty. I created OSG's because I am constantly asked how I was able to maintain a 25-30 pound weight loss since university. I want to show others that it IS possible to live a healthy lifestyle and not deprive yourself! I am also training for my first half marathon in May 2009 so you will see lots of running on this blog too. My New Year's Resolution is not only to run my first half, but to log 1,000 miles of running this year!
